Pelayanan seperti jet tempur sat set sat set. Dokumen lengkap ngga sampe 5 menit wawancara, foto tinggal tunggu paspor jadi (3-4) hari kerja ? anyways jauh lebih gampang dan singkat klo sudah pakai mpaspor. Ngga percaya? Coba aja

Over the years we have seen immigration getting computerized and automated. Payments now only online, at a bank or at the post office car parked in front. Staff are working a lot more efficient, no more walk-ins but appointment only. The mayhem of large crowds is none existent. Keep up the good work and thank you to all the friendly and cooperative staff I met over all the years

Petugas yang ramah dengan pengunjung, tidak arogan ke pengunjung. Kantor imigrasi ini yang sangat nyaman menurutku. Jika menggunakan celana pendek, disediakan sarung untuk masuk tanpa harus memarahi pengunjung.

Fast service, was having a free cappucino with my husband and only took 5minutes for them to get things done. The rest is just waiting game…

I appreciate the hard work of the officers here. They are helpful to fill the forms and got us all the information needed.
